The blogger app is not very good, so I'm trying to use the post by email feature. In my blog settings, under Email, you'll see an option for post via email ...

Also known as Mail2Blogger. Use this address to post text and images (up to 10MB in size) directly to your blog.


To add the picture, using gmail, I tapped the paper clip button, then I had all my Google photos available! 
Then I just send the email, using the address in the blogger settings.
